If the reserve is cancelled with 4 days advance to the date of arrival, any collection does not take place. In case of cancelling the reserve in the 4 days previous to the arrival, one night will be received. If the reserve is not cancelled before the date of arrival, the entrance made like complete reserve will be received. If a reserve is cancelled without sufficient advance, one night would be received, nevertheless exists the possibility of using that night in a term of 6 months. The company reserves the right to even receive the stay of a complete day, as it is mentioned in the reserve, if the guests leaves before or shortens its stay.
