The complex CONSISTS OF 16 apartments AS FOLLOWS : 6 Studios , for 2 people, and 10 Apartments equipped for 4 people, though it's possible to accommodate 1 more person as we can provided an extra bed. The a partments consist of kitchen cum sitting room (with sofa-bed), bedroom and bathroom. The Studios of lounge/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom. The establishment also has Bar-Cafeteria 100% accessible: Our facilities are adapted for elder and disable people, so each of our guests can have access not only to the restaurant but also to any other area of the complex through our lifts and access ramps

Should you like to proceed with booking, please note that a 20 % security deposit must be paid prior to your arrival. If such payment is not received 7 working days after your booking request, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 4 days prior to your arrival day. For reservation cancelled less than 4 days prior to the arrival day one nigh cancellation fee applies.

Should you fail to cancel your reservation at all, we will not refund any prior payment received.

Should you cancelled your reservation well in advance, you will be given the choice of staying for 1 night some other time within 6 months after the cancellation. Should you shortened your reservation once in the apartment, full payment of the original reservation shall be made
